try rubbing lemon juice on the scars every night and morning. they made mine disappear. it works within a week or two.
Use “alpha hydrox souffle” with glycolic acid (it’s either 12 or 14% glycolic acid) it works GREAT! It’s helped me a lot.
If you want to put out the money you can try microdermabrasion if your scars are deep and pitted. You may have to go through more than one session, depending on the severity of the scarring. For hyperpigmentation marks (brown/red/pink spots), Age Spot and Pigment Lightening Gel by Murad is great. Runs for about $58.00. In the meantime, consider products with glycolic acid in them. Glycolic acid raises the skin in the middle of scars and sloughs away the surrounding skin, evening out deep scars. It also helps to fade hyperpigmentation. Md Formulations puts out wonderful cleansers and treatments that contain glycolic acid as the primary ingredient. I’ve been using the cleanser for about 2 weeks and already notice old marks starting to fade.
Good luck and be well!
This is literally too much heat - your face has become a volcano just to let it out! Try mung bea, seagrass, seaweed, Chinese hawthorn (shan zha), Job’s tears (yi yi ren), and purple sage (dan shen). Avoid spicy foods, greasy foods, and fried foods. Try some raw vegetables, too

go to a dermatologist or spa and ask if diamond peeling is available. it supposedly makes your pores smaller and helps make acne scars shallower or lighter
