Does Proactive Really Bleach Hair?
On the back of the proactive renewing cleanser says May bleach hair or dyed fabrics. I'm to whiten the tips of my hair with it. But I do not know how long it will take to bleach or if it will even bleach at all. I black hair so I thought it might take some time. Is it really bleach hair?
YES! One of my friends accidentally dyed eyebrows, I know it looked pretty weird, but it did not intend to do lol
