Start out with a micro-needle derma roller at .5mm When you receive your dermaroller you will get instructions but basically all we did to clear up acne was roll it over a clean face, in multiple directions, 10 times each. The entire process took 10 minutes.

Then put your acne medication on (or moisturizer if you're rolling to get rid of wrinkles or scarring). Take it easy with the acne lotions at first as it will be extra effective on freshly rolled facial skin.

Your skin will react by super-absorption of the medication or moisturizer as well as sending healing collagen to the surface of your skin. Within a few days you will see a major improvement.

Teenagers might want to repeat the process every 5-7 days (that's what worked for us), mature skinned women the same. My mature skin peeled and flaked where acne scars were present but within a month the scars were almost non-existant and my pores were noticably smaller.

Your results may vary. Be sure to leave a note here and let me know how it worked for you. We have been rolling for over 2 months now and have ordered new rollers (they do wear out with repeated use).

See the <a href="http://www.controlmyacne.com/product/store/derma-rollers" rel="nofollow"><u>largest selection of micro-needling dermarollers here</u></a> - but we're also showing 8 above these comments.

please keep in mind that cocoa butter is way too thick to use on your face, it actually made my face break out more, but everyone is different, just exfoliate about twice a week, st. ives apricot scrub is great! they come in different strengths depending how sensitive you are, you should see a significant difference in about 1.5- 2 weeks. stay away from the butters, and stuff with way too much perfume,

Since you're dealing with acne, I would try to stay away from the heavy stuff like cocoa butter. Tea tree oil is great for cleansing. The best and safest way to get rid of a scar is slowly. get a cleanser that is also a scrub, it was help erode away the dead skin cells. Since your scar isn't that severe, avoid acid, you don't want to expose your skin to harsher medications than it needs. Keep your face clean and fresh. Use the scrub.
