Well, look through your questions, for the last year or two have asked countless questions about cockateils and problems with acne. Why not just read your answers, and follow the advice? You're wasting your points. Just wash your face 3x per day (with hot water, then cold) and the use of soap too. And sometimes I use oxy pads if im starting to breakout
