Water. Water is used to hydrate the body, which, of course, hydrates the skin. Your skin is the largest organ in the human body, and must be properly hydrated to work correctly and serve its purpose. Acne is one of the most common skin conditions - to teens and adults alike! The appearance of acne can be devastating. Acne leaves the skin looking red, blotchy, bumpy, infected and more. When most of us think of acne, we generally only think of it breaking out and marring our faces, since that is where we notice it the most. But there are other problem areas for a huge percentage of people who suffer with acne.
