I've compiled my own journeys and discoveries about acne as well as other writer's discoveries on this one website.
As you read, take every bit of advice or recommendation with an ounce of understanding and consideration. Your own skin's condition, plus the knowledge you've previously gleaned about acne control, all come into play into finding the treatment that will work best for you. You will also begin to understand what factors trigger your breakouts, and as a result learn to manage those breakouts. Think also about what has and hasn't worked for you in the past.

Elle's Free Acne Audio Series
For the last two years there have been a dozen free audios on this site chock full of information on battling acne. However, I’ve noticed other websites selling those audios for $47! I think that’s a little crazy - selling information to people who truly need help with their skin care. Plus, there's a good chance those files were copied from ControlMyAcne.com first, then packaged up with a fancy graphic.
This has to stop. So I've had to rework the way I deliver these files to you. I have left only one of the audios on the site. This will halt any further bootleg copies floating around. The rest are packaged up in another area of the website - for members only.
